Good rug, disappointed with service
Rug is good. Just disappointed with the customer service. I was completely unaware of 24return policy. And after spending such a high dollar amount I though forsure they would want to make their customers happy whatever way the could and they wouldn’t help me out. Disappointed, a rug at this price isn’t something you don’t want to be unhappy with it. Unfortunately I’m stuck with looking at it everyday and not loving it. Such a bummer feeling....

Hi Rylee, we appreciate you sharing your experience. Because all of our rugs are custom-cut to order, we aren't able to offer returns once fabrication begins. That said, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.
