Good rug, disappointed with service

Rug is good. Just disappointed with the customer service. I was completely unaware of 24return policy. And after spending such a high dollar amount I though forsure they would want to make their customers happy whatever way the could and they wouldn’...

That said, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.
