No return policy

I order the wrong size and immediately call to ask for exchange or return to get right size. Nope, just lost 2000. 00$ Never again and avoid them as it was not very clear of return policies

NOT pet friendly

We purchased this rug for our living area. It gets a lot of traffic and cleans up well. The issue we have with it is that Ernesta markets this rug as pet friendly. Within an hour of putting this rug down, our small dogs had pulled the loops and damag...
