Nice rug, not so nice delivery experience
The rug looks the same as the sample I ordered. It is a large rug intended for our basement. Delivery was supposed to be inside the home. I also had to pay additional shipping to Kansas, over the standard shipping cost. The delivery company told me it was curbside delivery. The rug sat in the delivery company’s warehouse for a week before they called to deliver with essentially no notice. I told them it was in house delivery and they said they’re not allowed to do that. I had to pay someone else to bring it in the house. I don’t think a partial refund is out of line....
Ernesta response
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear the rug met your expectations, but we're very sorry to learn about the delivery issues you encountered. That isn't the experience we want for our customers, especially after paying for upgraded delivery service. Our Customer Care team will be reaching out to make this right. We appreciate your feedback

Perfect rug!
I was so impressed with this rug. A decent 4x6 rug is hard to find, and Ernesta had the size. It’s is amazing quality and customer service is very quick to reply to any questions. Will be purchasing again from this company!

Question
Is this rug washable
Answer
Hi Joseph! The Millie is an indoor/outdoor synthetic fiber rug that can handle more abrasive cleaning, but is not a machine-washable rug.
