Nice rug, not so nice delivery experience
The rug looks the same as the sample I ordered. It is a large rug intended for our basement. Delivery was supposed to be inside the home. I also had to pay additional shipping to Kansas, over the standard shipping cost. The delivery company told me it was curbside delivery. The rug sat in the delivery company’s warehouse for a week before they called to deliver with essentially no notice. I told them it was in house delivery and they said they’re not allowed to do that. I had to pay someone else to bring it in the house. I don’t think a partial refund is out of line....
