    Good rug, disappointed with service

    Rug is good. Just disappointed with the customer service. I was completely unaware of 24return policy. And after spending such a high dollar amount I though forsure they would want to make their customers happy whatever way the could and they wouldn’...

That said, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.     Awesome rug, exactly what I expected and wanted. It did take longer to receive than they advertised, but we eventually got it and it’s great.
