    Had many pulls

    I tried to get in touch with customer service as my rug had many pulls on it when it arrived. Would like someone to respond to my email.

    not as good as the first

    this is my second Arthur rug and it has pulls already but my first rug does not. The fibers appear to be looser.

While subtle variation can occur from batch to batch, the fibers should feel consistent overall.
