Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how important precise sizing can be when a rug is ordered for a specific space, and we’re sorry this was frustrating. Because our rugs are handmade and finished by hand, slight size variations can occur during the weaving and binding process. We note a small tolerance in our sizing for this reason. We truly appreciate the feedback and will continue working to set clear expectations for customers when selecting the right size for their home.
