Soft and great color.
I like the color - it specifically matches what I was looking for. We ordered samples of different tones going from light gray to platinum, and we could find quite a few choices to pick from.

Exactly as expected
I appreciate this company. They provide rugs that you can customize to whatever your needs are. You can ask for samples that are very easy to order. They are also large enough for you to have an actual idea of how the rug will look like in your room. The process for ordering it is simple, and they arrived within a reasonable time frame. Of course I can’t speak as of their durability since I just got them, but overall I am satisfied with the process so far - definitely something different than many other companies that sell rugs....
