Ernesta has horrible policies. I purchased a standard 9x12 of a very popular rug/color, and meant to purchase a 10x12. They refused to work with us even though 9x12 is a very popular size, and they could easily sell a brand new commonly selected rug ...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration here. All of our rugs (including popular sizes) are custom cut to order, which means we aren’t able to return or resell them once they’ve been fabricated.
We do offer complimentary sizing consultations to help ensure the perfect fit before ordering! We appreciate you giving us a try.
