Beautiful hallway runner
We purchased a hallway runner custom made for a long hallway. It was promptly delivered, but had a buckle in it, possibly due to the attachment of the backing. Otherwise, it was beautiful. I contacted customer service, and they had a few suggestions which, unfortunately, did not solve the problem. After I let them know that the suggestions didn’t work, they sent another rug. Excellent customer service and a quality product!...
