Great rug, terrible customer service
While the rug is great, measurements were off and customer service was terrible. I ordered to rugs in the exact same size to use for stair runners. One was two inches wider and the other was at least two inches shorter. When I contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue, I was told "there can sometimes be a variance of up to 2 inches due to the nature of the cutting and finishing processes." This is not stated in their measurement guide. And, when I tried to order a replacement (my stairs are not finished and my house is going on the market), they would not expedite the order and enforced their minimum price requirement. What a disappointing experience....
