    Not great

    The rug is ok (not amazing quality by any means) but the customer service after I made the purchase has been pretty bad. I definitely wouldn’t buy from Ernesta again.

    Fabulous rugs

    I ordered custom size rugs. I also had the back attached…they came and they are beautiful, well made and high quality. I will order from Ernesta again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for rugs!
