    Hi Lindsay, Thank you for sharing—I’m so sorry to hear about what happened, and I completely understand how frustrating this must be. While wool is naturally durable and resilient to wear, exposure to pet accidents—especially when urine has time to react with the dyes—can lead to permanent damage. Because of its acidic nature, urine can leach dye from the fibers, causing discoloration that may not be reversible even with professional cleaning. We know how disappointing this must be, and we’d love to help you find a new rug that better suits your needs when you're ready.

    My new rug

    Great rug - well made, sturdy and yet soft, and it looks great in my living room. Easy to get samples and then place order and rug came in good time.
