This rug looks nothing like the sample. Not all the same: so sad and disappointed

Excellent quality!
Really happy with this store and their products. High quality textile and great custom craftsmanship. The samples being 12”x12” really help you get a feel of what you are ordering making it much easier to make a decision.

Question
Does it shed at all?
Answer
Hi Ali, the Sinclair is a performance style made with 65% polyester and 35% wool. This amazing blend paired with a very tight knit prevents shedding from happening. We would recommend a vacuum without a brush roll or beater bar to prevent pulling/shedding from happening overtime.

Question
Hi Is this a good option for a house with a cat and small dog? We are looking at this for our lounge area rug Many thanks!
Answer
Hi Suzy, yes, this rug is tightly woven and low profile, making it a good choice. It also has some variation in the color which can help hide dirt and hair.

Question
Is there viscose in this rug-The Sinclair or in any of your rugs? In other words if it says polyester and wool, does that mean it’s only those two products or could there be viscose? Thanks
Answer
Hi Ines, there is no viscose in this rug and the material compositions listed on our product pages are accurate. The only rug in our assortment that contains viscose is Martin.
