Question
Hello. I already own an Ernesta rug (used for an indoor entryway) and love everything about it! I am now considering the Rufus Jane rug for the outdoor screened porch to ground some furniture. Although the porch is covered, it does get some rain where the rugs will be, especially if it is a hard rain with some wind. And, being a screened porch (especially during pollen season) it can get quite dusty. Would you still be able to recommend this rug as far as durability and ease of cleaning? Thanks!...
Answer
Hi Patti! The Rufus Jane is one of our best recommendations as far as low-maintenance, and clean ability. Due to it's synthetic nature, you can also use more abrasive cleaning agents.

Question
How much does sing a rug pad add to the height of the rug? I’m worried our door will not slide over it if we add the rug pad
Answer
Hi Amber! This depends on which pad you opt for, we would recommend the Classic Felt Attached Pad for this style which ads a 1/4" height to the rug.

Question
Will this hold up to ski boots?
Answer
Hi Christine, yes, Rufus Jane it is a synthetic indoor/outdoor style it can stand up to being outdoors year-round, so ski boots shouldn't be an issue. We would advise that you clean off the rug if water starts to pool so that it doesn't damage the rug.

Answer
Absolutely! Rufus Jane is a very durable style and will hold up well in highly trafficked areas.
