    Edges won’t flatten out

    After 3 weeks, the corners of the rug won’t lay flat and our door won’t clear the rug. We would have preferred a separate underpad, not having it bound.

    Hi Joahnne, thank you for your feedback! Corner lift and clearance can be tricky, and we know how important it is for a rug to feel just right in your home. For future projects, we encourage ordering complimentary samples and taking door clearance measurements beforehand, our design consultants are also available to walk through these details and make sure everything is a perfect fit.
