Excellent shopping experience and a beautiful rug.
We had an excellent first-time shopping experience with Ernesta. Our sales advisor, Nick, really helped us navigate all the great options and guided us on how best to determine the size. We love our Louie rug in navy. It's perfect for our need was to serve as a transition between a bedroom and a den. It's beautiful and comfortable under-foot. Thank you Ernesta....

What color are the lines in the ivory? I can’t tell if a blue or more black/grey?
Answer
Hi Rebecca, the lines are more of a blueish color. There isn't any black in this style. We're happy to send you additional photos of the rug if you'd like, or you can order a sample and take a look in person.
