    Lovely but difficult

    I bought this for a hallway. The thickness measurement is inaccurate. So my hall closet door won’t open. I think the issue is the binding/trim. You need to specify that it will add quite a bit to the pile height, and because it is stiff, you cannot force it. So the rug looks and feels great, but I have to hire a C...

    Hi Kimberly, thanks for bringing this to our attention. The measurement we listed on the website should include the binding on the edges, but it does not include a rug pad. Please reach out to us so we can do more to understand your situation and find a good solution for you!
