About Isabelle
Why You'll Love It
Made for busy homes, Isabelle is a low-maintenance option that remains fresh no matter what life brings its way.
Isabelle showcases a refined, timeless pattern that brings quiet sophistication to any space. Its polished neutral palette offers subtle interest beyond a solid, making it a versatile foundation that complements both classic and contemporary interiors.
About This Rug
• 100% nylon
• Tufted pattern
• Made in USA
• Serged edges
• 0.38" pile height
Pet-friendly rugs are designed to withstand pet accidents and are compatible with most at-home cleaners (though always best to spot test in a discrete area.) For pets that claw, it's best to opt for a cut pile or flatweave rug in order to avoid snagging.
Though this rug is easy to clean, please note that solid white rugs will not hide soiling as well as darker or more patterned rug options.

Nice texture
Soft and thick. Just hope the edges uncurl over time.

As expected.
The color and quality is exactly as expected…
The backing was very abrasive, and covered with fiberglass, rough handling and is rough on skin!

Beautiful Rug!
The rug is beautiful, so soft, and so far has come clean with very little effort. I have grandchildren and 3 elderly pets. Customer service was excellent and delivery was when it said it would be and our delivery person was very nice.

Question
It is safe to use a dyson upright vacuum or a roomba to vacuum this rug? Is it safe to use a bissell carpet cleaning vacuum on this rug?
Answer
Hi Jess! We would not recommend using a roomba or upright vacuum on the Isabelle Ivory, as the brushroll will pull at the fibers in the rug causing them to pull and snag. The best recommendation would be to remove the brush roll or use a canister vacuum. It is safe to use a bissell steam cleaner on this rug.

Question
Hi! We’re looking to purchase the Isabelle in ivory for one of our office spaces. We want to keep the color light but don’t want it to show wear and tear of daily foot traffic. Will this rug hold up?
Answer
Hi Peyton! The Isabelle in Ivory is a great style to consider for high traffic spaces as it is 100% nylon making it easy to clean, durable and will wear well.

Question
Does the Isabelle rug mat in front of chairs that are used daily? And does it shed?
Answer
Hi Sherry! The Isabelle is a great durable style that is perfect for moderate traffic areas in your home. Due to it's Nylon composition, it will not shed. We encourage you to order a sample and out it to the test!

Question
How does this rug hold up to cat claws? Looks like it has loops which can be problematic
Answer
For cat claws, we'd generally recommend a 100% cut pile construction as it doesn't have loops that present opportunities for claws to snag. The Isabelle is partially cut pile, so while it isn't the best construction for cat claws, it can still work depending on the clawing tendencies of your cat.
