First impressions are great.

We ate very pleased with the look and the quality of the rug. Time will tell if it holds up to our expectations but if it does we will be buying more for our different areas of our home.

3 Inez Mist Rugs

Of the three Inez Mist rugs I ordered, only one is the correct size. One of the other two has an incorrect width and the third rug is incorrect in both dimensions.
Ernesta response
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're so sorry to hear about the sizing issues with your rugs. That certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers. Please check your inbox, we've reached out directly and would love the opportunity to make this right. We look forward to connecting with you soon.

The rug was perfect. The fact that it can be your exact measurements is a great feature. Love the colors.
