Color does not match sample

While the rug is nice, the color is really far off of the sample that was sent to me. The sample was on the grey/blue/ivory side and the rug I recieved was closer to yellow/blue and quite a bit lighter. After thinking long and hard about spending so ...

We’re glad you’re enjoying the rug itself, though we’re sorry the color differed from what you expected based on the sample. Because wool is a natural material, subtle variations can occur between dye lots, and colors may also appear different depending on the lighting and surroundings. Wool naturally softens and develops character beautifully with time and use, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Love it!

I appreciate your sending samples so you can get the correct colors and my order was true to color of sample. I love the look and it appears to be well made. I’m really happy with it!
