    3rd delivery still wrong

    My client received the 3rd rug. The first two did not have the attached rug pad. And this one does not either. It has no pad.

    Elegant look and quality manufacturing

    I recently purchased the Blithedale Pearl rug and it was an excellent choice. This is the first time I purchased a rug with the carpet pad integrated (sewn to back) with the rug. The carpet has a subtle yet elegant look to it and is a great addition to my office.

      Can you use a vacuum steamer to clean the Blithedale rug?

      Hi Casey! Vacuum steaming the Blithedale is just fine. Please be sure to remove any brush rolls or beater bar from the vacuum as this can pull at the fibers in the rug, and compromise the integrity of the style.
