Incredible quality and customer service
So pleased with the quality of our rugs and the care we received from Kate along the way. Being able to order rugs specifically to your space dimensions is an incredible benefit but also feeling the quality of the work and materials makes these rugs so special. We look forward to adding more Ernesta to our home!...

Question
Can the thickness of the edging be reduced to accommodate a door swing?
Answer
Hi Sheila, unfortunately we're not able to make any modifications that would impact the height of the rug at this time. If this is a concern for you, we would recommend considering our low pile flatweave rugs. Some customers also opt to shave some of the bottom of the door to accommodate thicker rugs.

Question
Is it possible for the stripes to go vertically if I ordered this as a runner? Or do they have to go horizontally?
Answer
You can orient the stripe in either direction. However, if the stripe naturally runs horizontally and you wish to have it run vertically, please note there’s a maximum measurement to consider. The website will display the maximum width, which becomes the 'length' of the runner when you change the orientation. You can share a photo of your space and the final measurements if you'd like us to check them for you at [email protected]....
