What you get with White Glove Signature

Unpacking in any room

We’ll deliver your new rug to any specified room of your choice and unpack it for you.

Professional placement

Your rug will be unrolled and placed exactly where you want it, even under furniture (less than 200 pounds).

Complimentary haul-away service

Replacing an existing rug? The delivery team will haul it away and donate it for free.

Removal of packaging 

No need to clean. We’ll take care of any debris and packaging at the time of service.

Q: I see that White Glove Signature includes haul-away service. What does this entail?

A: Haul-away service includes the professional removal of packaging and existing rugs from the same space where the new rug is placed. When you select White Glove Signature, our delivery partner will remove any related debris and take your existing rug for donation.

Q: How much is White Glove Signature?

A: White Glove Signature is $499, which includes unpacking and placement of your new rug. We’ll also haul away your existing rug along with any related debris and packaging.

If you live in a delivery location outside of our standard range, additional fees may be required that will be reflected in the final cost of your purchase. You can check your estimated delivery cost and time by entering your zip code into our system.

Q: What if my rug doesn’t fit through my room’s access points? 

A: Prior to delivery, carefully measure entryways, stairwells and elevators to ensure that the rug will be able to fit through all access points. It is recommended to add an extra 6” to the width of your rug to account for packaging.

If the team is unable to complete your delivery due to clearance constraints, they will leave your rug over the threshold or in a package room, whichever is closest.
